At JB MSK Manual Therapies I provide:

• Individual  MSK Assessment and Treatment for Acute and Chronic Musculoskeletal Conditions

• Assessment, Treatment and Rehabilitation for Sports Injuries

• Programmes for Injury Prevention and Management

All treatments are tailor made to suit your individual needs and I have gained qualifications in Acupuncture and Dry Needling, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Physiotherapy Pilates.

In 2016, I was awarded a 1st Class BSc (Hons) Degree in Sport Rehabilitation from the University of Bolton. I am an accredited member of the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRaT). This is the governing body for graduate level Sports Rehabilitation and Training in the UK. 

In 2016, I was awarded the BASRaT Bill McLoughlin Prize that recognises outstanding achievement. 

 

Before obtaining my degree, I worked in the NHS for 13 years in the following departments: MSK, Falls, Rheumatology and Podiatry. I was also a member of the Domiciliary Team.

During my years in the NHS, I gained a NVQ Level 3 in Diagnostic and Therapeutic Support and a Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care.​

Since 2022, I am now an Associate Lecturer at the University of Bolton
